First, select the garment name you like; they are all named. The garments that the doll is wearing in the images is what you will receive when ordered.

Then, you can customise the Doll’s appearance with a choice of skin tone, eye colour, hair colour and style. Please see Eyes, Hair, Skin Guide below.

If any of the Dolls on the website have a hair style or colour you like, make a note of the doll name and include in the Enquiry message or a separate email to enquiries@alicemaud.co.uk.

Once I receive your enquiry, I will contact to arrange the order and payment. We do this due to the bespoke nature of our dolls.

Orders from our existing Alice Maud Collection: from time of placing an order it takes up to two weeks to deliver.

Keepsake Dolls: A Keepsake Doll will take longer, so allow at least 6 – 8 weeks and more time during busy periods such as Christmas. When you contact us with more details of your requirement, we can give a more accurate timescale.
