Delivery

How will my purchase be delivered?

Each Doll is packed in its own suitcase style box and sent by Royal Mail (included in the price of an order valued at £20 or more) as a small parcel.  If you would like special delivery, please contact us to arrange - there will be an extra cost.

When your item is ready for despatch, we will let you know via your registration email address.

I didn't receive my order?

We notify you when the order is despatched, if you do not receive the order within 5 working days, please notify us by phone or email immediately.

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was specified, resulting in failed delivery, redelivery can be arranged (subject to a redelivery cost) or a refund can be issued less delivery costs.

Otherwise we will arrange for a replacement or refund (see terms and conditions)
