Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

If I am not happy with my order?

Alice Maud products are made by hand to high standards and are checked before despatch.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase* you may return it within 7 days. It must be in its original condition and packaging. A full refund will be applied for the purchase less a 10% admin fee.

Can I cancel an order?

For Dolls selected from the on-line shop, you may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched and will be given a refund less 5% card transaction fees.

Returns and Exchanges?

Where items are faulty please notify us by email or phone, and arrange to return the item.  A full refund will be given or alternative items offered in exchange.

A returned item must be in its original condition and packaging, and returned to Alice Maud at the address in the Contacts page.  

Proof of posting when returning items is not proof of receipt by us. We recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.  Please contact us prior to returning any item.

Personalised or Special Orders?

*If your Doll is personalised (e.g. special embrodery added or your own fabric has been used), there is no refund available, unless the item is defective.  But if you do find an issue with your customised or personalised Alice doll we will endeavour to help, please contact us as soon as possible.
